Complete with one of our 16' Lund fishing boats, motor and gas. Our 3-day package runs from mid-May to mid-June and from mid-September to late-October, depending on weather, between Sunday and Friday only. Listed rates are based on 3 persons per boat.

NOTE: The rate shown for the 3 bedroom cabins with 4 to 6 guests is based on the use of 2 boats.

Our Policies:

Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:00pm on arrival date.
If a later arrival is anticipated please call ahead to make alternate arrangements.

Check-out time is before 11:00 am. No early arrivals or late departures please! 
We do need this time to prepare the cottage to meet your high expectations.

Sorry, NO pets allowed in cottages or on Lodge property.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO SMOKING in ALL of our buildings on the property. Please smoke outside.

Cottages must be left in acceptable condition upon departure.
There will be an additional cleaning charge if left in an unacceptable manner.

Deposit of 50% must be received within 5 working days of reservations.
Only Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Money Orders and Certified Cheques are accepted
for all such financial transactions. Balance of all fees plus taxes are due upon arrival.
We do not accept personal cheques.

Deposit, less $40 Service Charge per cottage will be refunded only if cancellation is received within 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date.

There will be no refund of deposit if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Registrants who cancel less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be responsible for the entire amount of the balance of the rental rate.

All Group Bookings and Extended Stays will require Rental Fees plus taxes
due 90 days prior to arrival date. These are considered as guaranteed sales.
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will only be offered if we resell the booking.

Registrants who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and fail to inform us are also responsible for the balance of the rental rate.

Discounts for Weekday Getaways and Fishing Package Rates are Off-Season Rates only and do not apply to Annual Holiday periods such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day and Remembrance Day periods.

Weekly reservations only  (either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday)  from mid-June to September Long Weekend in all of our fully modern cottages. All long weekends and holidays are 3 night minimum stays in all of our cottages.

There is a two night minimum stay at all other times of the year.

All additional Guests - $10/person per day. A person is defined as anyone over one year old. An Adult is anyone over legal age of 18 years of age.

Days lost through late arrival or early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
This is a Destination Resort. A cancellation means a vacancy so this policy is firm.

Boat Rental Rates on Big Whiteshell Lake - $95.00 a day plus gas or a minimum
4-hour rental at $55.00 . Service charge for cancellation is $25.00 per boat.

Boat Rental Rates on Horseshoe Lake - $130.00 per day, gas included. Service Charge for cancellation is $25.00 per boat.

All of our Rates are stated in "CANADIAN FUNDS" and are subject to change
without prior notice.

NOTE:  All Rates are subject to all applicable taxes.
